Your house and your cars and all your belongings don’t matter. What will have a lasting impression in the universe is how you treat others.

That won’t last long. It’ll last two, maybe three generations, max. Unless you treat a lot of people really bad or really good, most people won’t be remembered much longer than that. And in the end, when the human race has died out from world war or natural catastrophe, no one will be around to mourn us. 

So, do whatever you want, yo. Live for yourself, but don’t restrict other people’s right to do the same.
